If, while carrying out these tasks, the SGS Sistēmas cooperation partners process the Customer's personal data held by SGS Sistēmas, the relevant cooperation partners are considered to be SGS Sistēmas Data Processing Operators (processors) and SGS Sistēmas has the right to transfer the Customer's personal data to the cooperation partners for the fulfilment of such activities, to the extent necessary, as it is needed for carrying out these activities.

The SGS Sistēmas cooperation partners (in the status of the processor) ensure the fulfilment of the requirements for the processing and protection of personal data in accordance with the requirements of SGS Sistēmas and the legislation set out in the law and do not use personal data for other purposes.

Storage of personal data. We store and process your personal data while at least one of these criteria applies:

• as long as the contract with the Customer is in force;
• while SGS Sistēmas or the Customer can realise their legitimate interests in accordance with the procedures specified in external regulatory enactments;
