Officially, the company was founded in 1978, yet the roots of it may be found in 1973 when Tony Andrews challenged the general view that a band would never be able to provide recording studio quality in a live concert. Thanks to the passion, massive research work of sound designers, and cooperation with the Glastonbury Festival, a live sound system was created which ensured excellent sound quality and eliminated almost all distractions.
